Micro: bit

For the first time announced the beginning of the campaign "Make It Digital," the BBC on March 12, 2015, with the intent to provide 1 million devices of high school students in the United Kingdom. The final design of the device and the features were revealed on 6 July 2015, while the actual delivery of devices, after some delay, began in February 2016.

The device is described as half the size of the credit and has the ARM Cortex map-M0 processor, sensor and accelerometer, magnetometer Bluetooth and USB connectivity, display, consisting of 25 LEDs, two programmable buttons and can be powered by USB or external battery. Entrances and exits of the device are in five bushed Stud clutches connector that are part of a larger 23-pin end.
